App Functionality

Introduction​

The ayona.ai Companion App is designed to complement your existing account on the ayona.ai Customer Intelligence Platform. As the name suggests, the Companion App serves solely as a support tool, providing you with access to key data and notifications on the go. All functionalities and data management are handled directly through the ayona.ai platform; the Companion App merely displays relevant information to enhance your user experience.

Key Functionalities​

Dashboard​

The Dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of your account's performance:

  • Overall Sentiment: View the general sentiment of your feedback.
  • Number of Feedbacks and Statements: Track the volume of feedback and related statements.
  • Newest Recommendations: Access the latest recommendations to improve your strategies.
    • View Affected Users: See which users are impacted by each recommendation.
    • Anomaly Detection: Identify if a recommendation is related to an anomaly.
    • Problem and Recommendation Summaries: Read concise summaries of the identified problems and suggested actions.

Anomaly Page​

The Anomaly Page highlights recent anomalies detected within your data:

  • Newest Anomalies: Stay updated with the latest anomalies.
  • Related Statements: Access the most recent statements that are connected to each anomaly.

Credits Page​

Manage and monitor your credits effectively:

  • Credits Remaining: Check the number of credits left from your current plan.
  • Purchased Credit Packages: View credits acquired through additional packages on the ayona.ai platform.

Settings​

Customize your app experience through the Settings page:

  • Push Notification Settings: Control notifications for:
    • New anomalies detected
    • Low credit alerts
    • Release of new features or other product-related announcements
