Removing Account Data

General Information​

The ayona.ai Companion App is designed to complement your existing account on the ayona.ai Customer Intelligence Platform. As the name suggests, the Companion App serves solely as a support tool, providing you with the ability to view relevant data on the go and receive notifications about important events. All your data and account management are handled directly on the ayona.ai platform. The Companion App does not store or manage your data independently; it merely displays the information from your platform account to enhance your user experience.

Partial Data Deletion​

If you wish to delete specific data from the ayona.ai Companion App without removing your entire account, you can do so directly within the app or via the ayona.ai platform.

Deleting Data via the Companion App​

  1. Open the ayona.ai Companion App on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Settings Page:
    • Tap on your profile icon located in the top right corner of the navigation bar.
  3. Delete App Data:
    • In the Settings page, find the Logout and Delete All App Data section.
    • Select this option to remove all data stored on your device. This action does not affect your account or data stored on the ayona.ai platform.
  4. Alternative Method:
    • You can also choose to uninstall the Companion App from your device. This will remove all app-related data from your device without impacting your account on the ayona.ai platform.

Deleting Data via the ayona.ai Platform​

For more granular control over your data:

  1. Log in to your ayona.ai Platform account through your web browser.
  2. Manage Your Data by selecting the data entries you wish to delete.
  3. Contact Support if Necessary: If you encounter any issues or require assistance with deleting specific data, please reach out to us at hello@ayona.ai.

Account Deletion​

If you decide to permanently remove your ayona.ai account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:

  1. Cancel Your Subscription:
    • Log in to your ayona.ai Platform account.
    • Navigate to the billing section in the settings and cancel your subscription.
  2. Automatic Data Deletion:
    • Once your subscription is canceled, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers within three months.
  3. Expedited Deletion:
    • If you prefer to have your data deleted sooner than the automatic three-month period, please send a request to us at hello@ayona.ai.
    • We will do our best to accommodate your request and ensure your data is removed as quickly as possible.

Note: Deleting your account is irreversible. Please ensure that you have backed up any necessary data before proceeding with account deletion.
