Apple App Store
Integrating the Apple App Store as a source allows you to import reviews directly from your app’s App Store listing. This enables you to gather and analyze user feedback seamlessly within our platform.
Since the reviews on the play store are public, only Data Sensitivity Level 1 is available. This still means we filter PII Data before processing.
Source Specific Configuration Fields
When setting up the Apple App Store source, you need to provide the following configurations:
Import Start Date
Field: Import Start Date
Description: Only feedback submitted after the specified date will be imported.
Import Limit
Field: Import Limit
Description: Set a maximum of 500 feedback entries to be imported. This limit helps manage the volume of data combined with the import start date.
App ID
Field: App ID
Example: id12341234
Description: The unique identifier of your app on the App Store. You can find this ID as part of your app’s URL on the App Store (e.g., https://apps.apple.com/ch/app/<your-app-name>/<your-app-id>
). Ensure you enter the correct App ID to import the relevant reviews.
Country
Field: Country
