Adding a Product

A product in ayona represents either a product or a service within your company. Depending on your plan, you can add multiple products, such as your app, website, or customer service. Each product operates independently, with all screens, analysis, and recommendations specific to the selected product.

Having multiple products works similarly to having separate accounts. You can switch between products easily using the top navigation bar on the right.

On the Products & Sources page, you will be able to add a new product. When adding a product, you'll need to provide the following:

• Product Name: The name of your product or service.
• Description: A detailed description of the product's purpose and features.
• Category: Select a category that best describes your product to improve feedback accuracy.

The more detailed the product information, the more accurately ayona can analyze feedback and generate insights related to your products.
