Subscription Plans
Once you’ve explored ayona and used up your feedback processing credits from the trial, you can upgrade to a subscription plan that fits your needs.
Plan Overview
We offer two main types of plans designed to meet the needs of different users:
Individual Plans
These plans are tailored for individual users, such as UX researchers or Product Managers, who want to efficiently process feedback and generate actionable insights. The automation and task management features are ideal for optimizing feedback analysis without spending extra time on manual tasks. Individual plans can also work well for small teams that require streamlined feedback handling.
Team Plans
For larger teams and organizations, the team plans provide additional features like support for multiple products per account, custom PII masking (where you can define filters for personal data), and AI processing with models hosted in Europe. These plans scale feedback management across departments and enable collaboration among different team members, making them perfect for companies with more complex feedback needs.
Custom Enterprise Plans
If our standard plans don’t suit your needs, we also offer custom enterprise plans. These can be tailored to your organization's specific requirements, and conditions can be discussed directly with our team. Custom plans are especially useful for large enterprises needing more flexibility.
Additional Packages
Each plan includes a certain number of feedback processing credits per month. Once these are used up, you can purchase additional credits, which do not expire. Your monthly credits will be used first, and only when they are exhausted will the system start using your additional credits. This allows you to process more feedback without needing to upgrade to a higher plan, offering flexibility if you temporarily need more capacity.
Payment and Subscription Management
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, ensuring a reliable and seamless transaction experience. You can manage your subscription via the Stripe portal, with an entry point available on the Billing Settings page. From there, you can upgrade your plan, view your available feedback credits, see past usage, and purchase additional credits when necessary.
