Creating Teams

As a good starting point, you should configure your teams within the platform. This can be done under the Organizational Departments section in the settings. When creating teams, you will need to select the team type, choose a color, and provide a name and description.

The more detailed your descriptions are, the better ayona will be able to generate tasks for your teams in the future.

Example of a good team description: The frontend development team is responsible for designing and building the user interface of our platform, ensuring it is intuitive and responsive across all devices. The team collaborates with backend developers and UX/UI designers to create seamless user experiences. They also manage bug fixes and performance optimizations.

Assigning Members to Teams

After creating teams, you can assign members to them by navigating to the Users Settings page. There, you can manage your team members and assign them to the appropriate teams based on their roles and responsibilities.
